AgileThought to Lead Executive Roundtable on Scaling a Culture of Delivery with Agile at the AGENDA19 Conference

AGENDA19

(TAMPA, Fla.) – AgileThought—a national provider of enterprise custom software solutions and development consulting to Fortune 1000 clients—will be hosting an executive roundtable at the AGENDA19 conference on March 18-21, 2019, at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort and Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Steven Granese, the Vice President of AgileThought’s Transform Practice, and Taylor Howard, the Vice President of AgileThought’s Build Practice, will lead an interactive discussion, titled, “Scaling a Culture of Delivery and Innovation with Agile.”

AGENDA19 is a business leadership conference for senior IT leaders and business stakeholders who are focused on driving companies forward in changing times. Each year, the conference theme aligns with the most pressing technology and business issues, with this year’s focus being, “Winning with Digital.” Over 300 attendees are expected to attend the AGENDA19 conference, which will feature sessions related to AI, IoT, VR, blockchain, design thinking and leadership.

During the executive roundtable, Granese and Howard will explore what it takes to go from managing agile projects to delivering innovative products at scale. They will uncover the challenges that come with scaling enterprise product delivery and discuss topics like:

  • What challenges can you expect when scaling agile?
  • How do you shift from a project to product mentality?
  • How do you know you’re working on the right product? How do you validate it?
  • How do you identify and prioritize the right features with multiple stakeholders?

“As companies continue to grow, especially through mergers and acquisitions, delivering at scale becomes increasingly challenging and complex. We’re looking forward to digging into these challenges and sharing our experiences to help others achieve predictable product delivery,” said Howard.

“Whether we’re consulting with a product team to validate their ideas in the market or coaching a large-scale program to iteratively deliver software to production, we consistently help our enterprise clients bring the right products to market at the right time—and I’m excited to share some of those stories and lessons learned,” said Granese.
