(TAMPA, Fla.) – AgileThought—a leading provider of agile-first, end-to-end digital transformation and consulting services to Fortune 1000 clients— announced that it will sponsor Agile Open Florida for the fifth consecutive year. The annual regional event will be held on Friday, Oct. 25, 2019, at Polk State College in Lakeland, Florida.
Agile Open Florida is a community-driven, interactive event that follows the Open Space Technology (OST) format—a framework that allows agile practitioners to share their experiences on common challenges and interests related to agile. The OST format encourages attendees to self-organize around topics and share stories about the various stages of their agile journeys. This year’s event will follow the theme, “Livin’ La Vida Agile.” Attendees will create sessions “live” based on this theme, and the final sessions will be announced at the beginning of the day.
Ryan Dorrell, AgileThought’s managing director of innovation, not only co-founded Agile Open Florida, but also plays an active role in planning and organizing the event each year. “I’m proud to see how much growth and traction Agile Open Florida has achieved over the last few years,” said Dorrell. “Agile Open Florida plays a massive role in fostering collaboration and connections in the agile community—and it’s really exciting to be a part of that success.”
