(ATLANTA) – AgileThought—a national provider of enterprise custom software solutions and development consulting to Fortune 1000 clients—announced that it is sponsoring the St. Paddy O’Pedal charity bike ride on Sunday, March 24, 2019, in Milton, Georgia.

The charity ride benefits the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) and is one of the center’s largest third-party events. John and Shawn Dickson—who lost their daughter, Kiersten, to lung cancer—teamed up with the Olde Blind Dog Cycling Club to create this charity ride in 2016. Since the inaugural event, the charity ride has been a fun opportunity for cycling enthusiasts, families, friends and the community to make a difference.

The Aflac Cancer Center is committed to excellence and innovation in pediatric cancer and blood disorders research. The Center sees 7,500 children each year and is home to one of the largest clinical trial programs in the country—offering patients access to some of the nation’s most advanced treatment options. All funds raised during the charity ride will assist the Center’s research to help fight childhood cancer.

Chris Martin, AgileThought’s General Manager of Atlanta, said, “We are thrilled to sponsor the St. Paddy O’Pedal charity bike ride. Year after year, the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center pushes the boundaries of childhood cancer research. We’re eager to support their mission and help the community get one step closer to a cure.”
