As Vice President of Digital Delivery and Operations Technology at VyStar, Michael leads technology delivery teams responsible for member-facing channels and collaborates with shared services teams across the information management portfolio. Partnering with VyStar’s Digital Experience organization, Digital Delivery supports the technology roadmaps and Product Management teams in bringing innovative, meaningful financial services to our members. With over 20 years in technology delivery across multiple verticals including banking, natural resource transportation, and advertising/media as well as service lines ranging from customer-facing content and services, desktop applications, back-office solutions, and data management, Michael has served, built, and lead teams providing innovative, impactful solutions to internal and external customers.
As the Senior Vice President of Digital Experience at VyStar, Joe leads Digital Product Management, User Experience and Design, and FinTech innovation. Within this, Joe is tasked with driving the credit union’s digital strategy and transformation to deliver experiences that are simple, impactful and innovative that will drive deeper and more meaningful relationships with its members. Throughout Joe’s 20+ years in financial services — working at Fortune 50 and industry-leading companies — he has consistently demonstrated a proven ability to lead high-performing teams through strategic vision, partner development and disciplined frameworks to drive innovation and impactful results for both the company and its customers.
Andrea Floyd is an experienced Agile Transformation and Scaling consultant with extensive experience leading global Agile Transformations resulting in enterprise-wide excellence. She is passionate about helping clients build better products, create more adaptive organizations, and achieve their most critical business outcomes. Andrea has over 25 years of experience working in software development and product management in various industries; Transportation, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Cyber Security.
Dan Neumann is an agile coach and trainer at AgileThought with more than 20 years in professional services, helping clients realize business objectives through process changes or custom software solutions. He has a decade of experience consulting agile and Lean methods for rapidly creating customer value. Central to Dan’s coaching is the focus on the principles and values that underlie agile methods.
