Financial Executive Assistant

Position Activities:

  • Perform assigned activities for resource and financial management processes, such as creating purchase orders and following up with suppliers.
  • Direct communication with suppliers.
  • Read and interpret information effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks appropriately.

Technical Competencies:

  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Management or related career
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in purchase orders and payment to suppliers.
  • Knowledge in retail markets (desirable)
