L3 Application Support Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Application Support area (30% AMS and 70% L3 Support).
  • Follow up and ensure compliance with SLAs to AMS.
  • Present monthly indicators of the areas in charge.
  • Present improvement proposals.
  • Participate in work sessions where required.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
  • Support in critical events where their participation is required and follow up to avoid them in the future.

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related career.
  • 2 years of experience in application development and/or support; and leading and coordinating personnel.
  • Experience leading projects, analyzing data and trends.
  • Experience identifying and searching for technology solutions.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (written and conversational).
  • Knowledge of ITIL, agile methodologies and new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
