L3 Application Support

Main Responsibilities:

  • Discovery, analysis and planning of domain specific applications.
  • Operational/administrative follow up with the TPO’s and PAM’s of the different customer domains.
  • Collaborate with the operational stability of the applications.
  • Management and handling of problems and ensure prompt execution of RFC’s for problem resolution.
  • Participation in working sessions when there is a high impact problem.
  • Support when needed on application flow (flow, bath, Jobs, etc.), functional knowledge, data model and application administration.

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related career.
  • 3 years of experience in application development and/or support; Experience analyzing data and trends.
  • Experience in the following technologies: WCNO, Azure, .Net, React, Ionic, Node JS.
  • Experience identifying and sourcing technology solutions.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (written and conversational).
  • Knowledge of ITIL, agile methodologies and new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
