Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Remote)

About the Job:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and project support for the Talent Acquisition function.


  • Coordinates phone and onsite interview schedules for candidates
  • Updates and manages job description library
  • Serves as a backup/provides support around all new hire onboarding processes which includes: TPS (Team Planning and Strategy), Finance and works closely with the HR Coordinator to facilitate the new hire onboarding process
  • Participates in updating and maintaining Recruiting related materials for internal and external use
  • Assists with recruiting research and staffing vendor scorecard metrics
  • Ensures full compliance with defined AgileThought and client onboarding requirements; assists with internal audits as necessary
  • Attends recruiting events (job fairs, Code Camps, User Groups Meetups, etc.) as needed
  • Supports vendor management activities as needed
  • Serves as the internal point of contact for new hires, prior to their start date
  • Coordinates candidate feedback huddles in a timely manner
  • Participates in weekly Recruiting/TPS meeting and weekly Recruiting/HR meeting
  • Responsible for coordinating all candidate travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of related administrative experience in the recruiting industry is highly preferred
  • 1+ year of full cycle recruiting experience is required (IT industry experience is highly preferred)
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in the temporary staffing industry or will demonstrate knowledge of the contract/contingent workforce industry
  • Understands the concept of “high touch” candidate care ensuring the best possible candidate and new hire experience
  • Conducts Recruiting/HR interviews on an “as needed” basis during times of high volume
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service/client service skills and attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and follow through
  • Candidate will demonstrate good judgement in knowing when to escalate issues and/or ask for guidance
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently shift priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent experience with all Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with confidential information on a daily basis and maintain a defined degree of privacy relating to sensitive information
  • High energy with a willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to help the team and/or other internal functions when needed
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibility to ensure team success and quality solutions
  • Team player that understands how your own work is important to the team’s success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Available to be onsite during core business hours (10:00AM-5:00PM) with some flexibility on start and end time upon approval
  • Must be flexible with overtime/weekends as needed
  • Full-time (40-hour work week) based at AgileThought’s Tampa headquarters
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (for events, meetings, etc.) to Orlando, Atlanta or other AgileThought markets
  • Some overnight travel may be required on occasion
