Director, Global People Organization US

The Director, Global People Organization  (Concierge) will be responsible for managing the team who will manage all employee data, change process, elevation procedures and ticketing systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. The Concierge team is the first point of contact for all AgileThinkers providing world-class service, answering any questions, comments or concerns. The Concierge may not be the best person to answer every question, but they know exactly who can answer it. The team assists AgileThinkers with finding their way within the company and ensuring they have the information they need to be successful within their role and their time at AgileThought.

Requirements

  • Lead a global team as the first face of AgileThought with a high degree of professionalism and service.
  • Lead data management within HRIS and experience in implementing and maintaining an HRIS.  Experience within Paylocity highly preferred
  • Responsible for ticketing system and escalation practices as it pertains to employee support needs
  • Passion for people and supporting them during life changing events
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and best practices as it pertains to employment law, service best practices and people needs
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Enforce company policies and practices and effectively communicate these policies consistently
  • Comfortable living in the gray while enforcing many policies in black and white.
  • Good judgment when it comes to sensitive employment matters and exceptional ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional cross functional collaborator to maintain high quality service for employee questions and support needs
  • Ability to envision an ideal outcome and organize the team for efficiency and high-quality service
  • Strategic minded, always considering the next practice to create efficiency, elevate experiences and follow through to completion on all support tickets – someone who considers the possibilities and doesn’t rest on what worked in the past
Minimum Qualifications:
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 
  • Minimum of 7+ years of related HR experience is highly preferred 
  • Deep knowledge and experience in employment laws in the U.S., MX, CAM, BRZ and ARG.
  • Experience working in global companies, with main presence in US and LATAM. (Public company preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/ English)
  • Team Leadership experience ( 5+ years)
  • Excellent written verbal and written skills 
  • Strong customer service/client service skills and attitude 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through 
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them where appropriate
  • Ability to interact with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Available during core business hours (10:00AM-5:00PM EST) with some flexibility on start and end time upon approval
