(TAMPA, Fla.) – Adam Ulery and Dan Neumann, senior agile coaches at AgileThought—a national provider of enterprise custom software solutions and development consulting to Fortune 1000 clients—will be co-presenting a workshop titled, “Product Design With Empathy,” at the two-day Mile High Agile conference starting on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, in Denver.

Held annually, the Mile High Agile conference—which is presented by Agile Denver—aims to elevate the state of agile practices and educate a wide audience of agile and lean practitioners across the region. This year’s theme, “Be Fierce,” seeks to inspire attendees to bring intensity and passion back to the agile movement. This all-encompassing agile event will gather over 1,000 attendees, partners, and professionals in IT, software and management.

During their session, Ulery and Neumann will use the Stanford’s Wallet Project to teach attendees about design thinking concepts. Attendees will go through fast-paced exercises and learn how to take a product through a full design cycle. “It is common for organizations to become too focused on internal lists of features, budgets and timelines. This workshop is powerful because we go through the entire cycle, providing participants with an experience that they can take back and apply to their regular work,” said Neumann. “By building empathy, ideating and moving to action, students will learn how to build and test a prototype as we take products through the full design sequence,” Ulery added.
