(TAMPA, Fla.) – Jose Chinchilla, the data analytics practice lead at AgileThought—a leading provider of agile-first, end-to-end digital transformation and consulting services to Fortune 1000 clients—will present a one–hour session titled, “Azure Data Factory + SSIS: Migrating your ETLs to the Cloud,” at SQLSaturday Tampa. The event, hosted by the Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS), will be held on Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, in Tampa, Florida.
SQLSaturday is a free training event for professionals who use the Microsoft data platform. With content ranging from cloud to hybrid architecture to business intelligence, the event offers a variety of expert-led sessions for attendees to choose from, while also providing the opportunity to network with one another.
In his session, Chinchilla will teach attendees how to successfully “lift and shift” their ETL/ELT SSIS workloads to Azure cloud. “I’m excited to once again present at SQLSaturday Tampa and connect, share and learn with some of the most talented data professionals in the Tampa Bay area,” said Chinchilla. “Migrating ETLs is an important conversation for organizations planning a cloud migration, as they often have a large investment in their ETL/ELT processes running on-premises with SSIS. That’s why I’m looking forward to sharing and demonstrating this process, so attendees can confidently move forward with their Azure cloud migration strategy.”
Time: 1:15 – 2:15 p.m.
