Ryan Dorrell’s New Role Reflects The Evolution Of The Technology Services Industry
Chief Solutions Officer

AgileThought, a national provider of custom software solutions and development consulting to Fortune 1000 clients, announced Ryan Dorrell’s role will be changing from Chief Technology Officer to Chief Solutions Officer. This new title more accurately represents his role and the guidance he provides to AgileThought and its clients.  Dorrell has been the Chief Technology Officer since he co-founded the company in 2004.

CEO and co-founder David Romine stated, “Ryan’s role focuses on the creation and successful delivery of our enterprise solutions. From leading the marketing team in generating new and innovative service offerings to spotting and setting industry trends, he is solving our clients’ toughest challenges while setting them on a path to continued success in the future.”

As AgileThought grows, it promotes top internal talent ‒ most recently promoting Jason Bernier to Chief Architect, which allows Dorrell to focus on future technology trends and how new solutions meet the needs of clients. In 2013, the company’s revenue was $20 million, and in 2015 it rose to over $29 million. It continues to add accounting, tax and advisory companies to its growing list of financial industry clients who seek software-based solutions to overcome business and process obstacles.

Ryan Dorrell said, “I’m focused on our organization’s ability to deliver the highest value solutions for our clients. We are always seeking to understand what the future looks like for our clients and create new services and offerings to adapt. Clients should know they have a high-level executive outside of their company who is actively working on defining optimized solutions to meet their goals. I’m excited about the suite of solutions we provide for our clients today and our plans for new offerings in the future.”

AgileThought recently released the following new products: a monthly service-based agile coaching and training package, a DevOps assessment, cloud managed services and a rapid prototyping service that uses a proven framework to help companies develop software prototypes within two-weeks.
