Bio

Dave Romine co-founded AgileThought in 2004 and today serves as Managing Director for the company’s Agile practice and is responsible for its overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction. Dave is a constant steward of the company culture and values, participating in all initiatives that impact client and employee satisfaction.

Upon graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Management Information Systems, Dave started his career as a software developer and quickly gained a deep appreciation for the craft of software development. From 1997 to 2002, he held various technical and leadership positions within the Global Technology Organization of Arthur Andersen, LLP, in Sarasota, Florida.

Prior to co-founding AgileThought, he also served as the Technical Architect for Market Leadership Systems for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led the design and development of key software solutions supporting the sales and business development organization.

Dave has a passion for charitable contributions of both time and money, and is actively involved in the community. He continuously supports organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Take Stock in Children, and The Alzheimer’s Association through donations and volunteer work. He is also a member of Leadership Florida Class XXXIII, a statewide community of leaders actively engaged in promoting and serving Florida.

Outside the office Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and taking advantage of all the fun activities Florida has to offer, including boating, fishing, golfing, and relaxing on the beach. Dave is also an avid triathlete, with a long list of personal athletic accomplishments, including two Ironman races.
