Before joining AgileThought, like anyone else would, I evaluated my options in coming to the company. I’ve been with a few IT services companies before, so I felt I could clearly evaluate a companies strengths, potential, and weaknesses. It was clear that the company was well positioned in the business-to-business space. But digging in I could tell that even though AgileThought had done great work in the consumer space, it just needed the ability to show it through its brand.

Thankfully, the company agreed and I came on board. We put together a team internally and got to work identifying where the brand was today, and where it needed to go. We identified a unique space that we fit very well in which we play well in the traditional IT services space, but also in the product/creative agency space. This helped us identify how we can speak to that market in a way that others aren’t.

One of our greatest abilities is taking this complex thing that is making software, and make it easier. We bring fluidity to a world full of friction. Our goal is to make the collaboration we do feel effortless. How this manifests visually and audibly needs to strike a balance between getting work done efficiently and a spa day.

Now that we have the identity of the brand, we need to bring that to life. We leaned into the theme of “ascension”, in which we raise our clients work above the rest and reach for new heights. Our slogan became, “Let’s Aim Higher” to emphasize this — and we showed that in our brand. Our people became our flyers, floating in the air with a sense of ease. Our colors became inspired by the aurora borealis in the sky. Our corners became curves to reflect the lack of friction.

All that together, it makes a brand that is focused on something that resonates to both our clients and employees. We feel that this brand demonstrates the level of quality that we bring to the work that we do for our clients — not just from how the brand looks, but that you can feel the execution of the development on our website is reflective of what you can expect from us.
