We know that creating world-class software requires creating rich experiences. The level of quality that users are expecting raises every day. So we wanted to create a new homepage for our website as a way of showing our ability to create something unique and memorable, while demonstrating our technical chops in the process.

The new homepage tells the story of the work it takes to take an idea and make it into something special. To tell that story, we’ve taken a unique approach with a reverse-scroll to show how AgileThought can raise your work above the rest. As this is going against the grain of 30 years of website UX, we use multiple interaction models to help you ease into the idea of not scrolling as you traditionally do, including using web animation.

Web animation has become a key feature in top-class web apps, and despite what some people might think, it’s not just about enhancing the user experience. While it certainly does, it can also elevate a brand’s digital storytelling, adding sophistication, boosting credibility, showcasing capability and creativity, and enhancing usability.

CSS animations, canvas, WebGL and WebGPU are the most common web animation technologies in today's market, and we used some of each of these to create something we are proud of. When using this technology, sometimes you face some challenges in making them “play nice” together, but fortunately we have a group of experts that made it possible.

To bring our new AgileThought homepage to reality, our team decided to use a WebGL, scroll-driven animation, CCS animation, parallax techniques, and also some home made features like auto-scrolling which allows the user to control the animation at any time, all of this to achieve one single goal — to immerse the user into an incredible experience where they always maintain control.

As the digital space matures and becomes more of a commodity, it becomes harder to stand out amongst the rest. If you’re only competing on features and pricing, but not investing in creating a great experience, users will go elsewhere. We want this new homepage to demonstrate how we can bring some of these techniques to create a great experience for your project.

On behalf of everyone who contributed to this project, we sincerely hope you find joy in what we've created. Feel free to explore it firsthand if you haven't had the chance yet!
